Is it possible to scale Kubernetes workers vertically and add more CPU and RAM to a provisioned cluster?

Vertical scaling is in our roadmap. As of today, it is not possible to vertically scale a cluster.

Horizontal scaling is available by clicking the "Scale Kubernetes" button in the user interface and adding more workers.
